Love as Our Center
October 2024
October invites us to place love at the very heart of our lives. We will explore how love can guide our actions, decisions, and interactions, grounding us in compassion and empathy.
Question
How can we center love in our responses to mental health, addiction, and suicide prevention in ways that move beyond sympathy to radical compassion, especially when supporting ourselves and others through long-term struggles?
Celebrating Diversity
As we enter the month of October, we are called to a journey of reflection, healing, and connection. This month, we dedicate ourselves to “31 Days of Caring for Ourselves, Caring for Others,” focusing on the critical issues of mental health, addiction, suicide prevention, and the support of family caregivers.
We invite you to join us each day of October as we delve into these critical topics. Together, we can foster a culture of care, where we uplift one another and build a more compassionate world. Let this month be a time of healing, growth, and connection as we care for ourselves and others.
