Antiracist Leadership
Your leadership and commitment are vital to this transformative work.
Please join us every month on the 4th Wednesday for a conversation about creating antiracist ministerial and work environments. Together, we will explore strategies to actively confront racial biases and foster inclusive, equitable spaces in our workplaces and ministries, especially when it comes to hiring, staffing, or volunteer leadership. Through meaningful dialogue and shared experiences, we aim to cultivate environments rooted in justice, understanding, and solidarity. Join us in taking actionable steps toward dismantling racism and building a stronger, more inclusive community for all.
This event is open to all Religious Professionals who are committed to confronting and removing racism from our communities.
The Goals of these meetings:
- Meaningful dialogue, collegiality, and relationship building
- Connecting with The Mountain Top Leadership
- Fostering and practicing antiracist leadership models
- Sharing best practices that promote justice, inclusion, and equality
- Community events

Our Mission
The mission of Unitarian Universalists for Racial Justice is to bring Unitarian Universalists together for mutually accountable racial justice work.
Our Commitment
We are committed to doing the internal work of rooting out racial biases within our congregation systems and congregational life. We make a pledge to The Mountain Top UU as a form of reparations for harm that we as UUs have perpetuated upon our BIPOC siblings in the past.
