Love as Interdependence
November 2024
In November, we will reflect on the theme of interdependence, recognizing the interconnectedness of all beings. Our focus will be on nurturing relationships and building supportive networks within and beyond our congregational walls.
Question
How can we honor the interdependence of all beings by uplifting Native American voices, traditions, and activism in ways that move beyond cultural appreciation into meaningful solidarity, recognizing the historical and ongoing impacts of colonization?
Celebrating Diversity
We are proud to present “30 Days of Honoring Native American Heritage Month Through Music,” a special part of our Celebrating Diversity series. This journey will honor Native American communities, people, and compositions, highlighting their lasting contributions to the world of music. In the Unitarian Universalist tradition, where we embrace the beauty and value of diverse cultures, this series offers an opportunity to deepen our appreciation of Native American heritage through the lens of music.
